weekend things. . . yay

Busy weekend I had. Whew.

My 20 year old sister and her boyfriend, Aaron, came in from El Paso around 6pm. My Mom was at her Christmas party and my younger sister was babysitting. So, me, Carol & Aaron went to Champps for dinner. Mmm, it was SO freaking good. They have THE BEST spinage artichoke dip EVER. I could eat it all day.

Saturday, I laid around my Mom's. . . doing nothing. Yay. I wanted to go out Sat. night, but my sister didn't. We went up to Tom Thumb around 9pm to get snacks. We loaded up on Blue Bell chocolate ice cream bars, chocolate chip cookie dough, Cokes & milk. We were going to go home and have a pig-out fest. Well, while at the grocery store, this chick I work with, Constance, calls. She wanted to know if I was going out. I said, "Well, I hadn't planned on it, because I have no one to hang out with." She said, "Well let's go to Carson's!" Woo Hoo! Okay!

So around 10:30, we met up at Carson's. There was a line out the door to get in. AND we got in FREE because Sat. nights are ladies night. No cover!!! We partied, & drank. We had SO much fun. I got home around 2am.

Sunday, I did nothing again. Slept 'till 11am. Which is a LONG time for me, seeing as how my body usually automatically wakes me up before 8am. My Mom went and got us all Taco Bueno and I took a nap. VERY lazy day.

Around 4pm, my Mom and I went to pick up Zoey from her Daddy's. Nana watched Zoey, whilst me & my sister and her boyfriend went to the Dallas Sidekicks soccer game. It was boring. Tonight, I'm going to the Mavericks game. Yay.

My Mom & Alfred got Zoey a present this weekend. It's a baby doll that comes with a diaper bag, 2 cloth diapers, (fake) lotions, bath wash, and a stroller! I wanted her to open it SO bad, but they wouldn't let her! She's going to love it.

Yeah. I've got to make "puppy chow" for Friday's spread at work. Mmm. I've got to find the recipe on the net today, too.
