Parties & Babies

My office Christmas party was Friday night. It was very nice!! The dinner was stuffed chicken, baby carrots, potatoes, fresh green beans, and beef tenderloin. Mmmm. They had a cash bar which SUCKED. $6.50 for a tequila sunrise? Ick. Luckily my date paid for it all though. Ha. And I had like 3.

Afterwards we went to a bar in Carrollton near his house. That was okay. The night went very well. THANKFULLY

Sat. Zoey and I went to my best friend's house to visit with her and thier new baby. Awww. . . baby Jonah was adorable. Even though I had to continue to monitor Zoey because she wanted to hold him and kiss him. It was funny. Oooh. I bought my best friends son's a Veggietales computer game called, "Jonah." Cool.

I think I finished my Christmas shopping last night at Super Walmart. I bought my Dad & step Mom, as well as my best friend and her husband a really good bottle of wine to go in thier baskets. And I made 2 batches of my rosemary mint soap last night. Mmmm, it smelled SO good!!! I made square, guest-sized soaps. I would love to make larger soaps. Maybe even a soap that had like, a flower in it. But, I must start off slowly. It smelled SO freaking good in my apartment last night. Aromatheraputic!! (is that even a word?)

Last night Zoey and I just chilled watching Alice in Wonderland, then Wizard of Oz. Why don't these neat-o movies come on any other time of the year? Maybe they do and I just miss them?

Yeah, my weekend in a nutshell.

I haven't spoken with a certain someone in a while. I feel really bad about this. They called me Friday night and asked me to do something with them after my Christmas party and I never called them back. And still haven't called them. Ugh. I'm such a horrible friend. Maybe that's why I have no friends???? I just dont feel like calling them back! Ugh. I wish to be pulled from this FUNK I'm in!!!!
