fight! fight! fight!

Man, GOOD fight today on my PP Aug. '01 Playgroup. Woo Hoo. Too bad I really didn't even get the gist of what all the fuss was about.

There is one person in particular on my board that *really* works my nerves. And she was the main culprit in this tizzy today.

She is constantly complaining about EVERYTHING. Her job and how much it sucks, her ex who is in prison, her life, etc. etc. etc. Constantly a "poor me" act. Every damn day! I felt bad for her at first - I mean this shit with her has been going on since our Expecting Group way back when. But sheesh. . . she rarely ever has anything nice to say about anything! Like she's constantly wanting solace and thrives for it. Maybe she has no one else to talk to . . . but damn! I don't "tell all" to a bunch of ladies on a message board. Maybe that's where she's going wrong. We know TOO much about her!

Anyway, I am fixing mashed potatoes for our Thanksgiving spread tomorrow at work. AND I'm making homemade fudge for our bake sale! First prize wins $100 gift certificate to Walmart. Maybe mine will be good enough? Nah, I'm sure someone has GOT to have a better dish than plain 'ole fudge! (mmmm, my mouth is watering now!)
