busy freakin' week

Whew. LONG weekend. Stayed with my Mom most of the weekend, as Zoey was at her Daddy's.

Y'know - it's funny. I asked him MANY times over on Friday, "You sure you want to keep her ALL weekend?? I mean, this will be the third one in a row. How about JUST Saturday night?" His reply was, "Hell yeah I want her all weekend! I love it!"

Soooooo. . . I'm speaking with my, *ahem* best friend today. (yeah, whatever) And she tells me that she and her husband, AND Jeremy go to see Harry Potter (ha, I accidently typed 'Potty' originally!) Saturday. And apparently, Jeremy left Zoey with his parents so he could do so.

UGH!!!!!!!!! Stupid MF! Okay, you are keeping your child all weekend. You don't normally see her UNTIL the weekend. Sure you want to go see a movie with friends. Sure your parents would LOVE to watch her. Do ya do it?? NO!!!!!! Seeing as how you normally only see your child every other weekend, NO, you do NOT drop her off at your parents home so YOU can go frolic with friends to see a jolly 'ole movie. NO NO NO NO NO. Yes, this is just my opinion. But when I BEG him to let me at least keep her Friday night, and he doesn't. . . . then shoves her off to his parents on Sat. This really pisses me off! And of course, my best friend acts like it's no biggie.

Yeah, poor Jeremy. . . Let's invite HIM to church! Let's invite HIM to the movies! Let's invite HIM to Life Group! Let's invite HIM to dinner & such. Fuck Courtney! She's never done anything worth while for us!! Plus she's not a very good Christian, like Jeremy!!! Arrggghhh!!!!! Would it NOT be awkward for your BEST friend & her husband to constantly be asking your EX to do things with them???? And completely forgetting about YOU??? This has me completely peeved!! Uh. And sadly enough, I'm only sticking around now because I really want to see Jonah born............

Anyway - I'm trying to decide on Taco Bueno or Chinese for dinner. Healthy, huh??? Yeah. I thought so. I'd LOVE to actually eat AT the Chinese restaraunt to avoid a mess at home. . . 'cause I'm lazy like that. . . but it's really hard to eat at a buffet restaraunt alone, with a child. Ah, maybe it wouldn't be SO bad. Just me n' the Zoe'ster.

Bit of a busy week ahead of me. Friend is due Wed. (third child, I'm betting she'll go WAY over), the last episode of the Bachelor comes on Wed, gotta get nails done Wed (yes, I'm superficial like that), lunch at Fuddruckers on Thur., Thanksgiving Lunch at work Fri. . . to which I have to bring 10 servings of mashed potatoes!!! Mmm!! Mashed potatoes! I was thinking of making a sour cream mashed potato recipe. Sounded SO good. Yukon Gold potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, pepper, & creamy butter!!!! But then again, making cheddar mashed potatoes from a Betty Crocker box is MUCH more easier. :-) Heh.

THANKFULLY - I only have to work 2 days next week! Yay. My sister comes in on Tuesday from El Paso, Thanksgiving is Thursday, taking pictures with my sisters & Zoey on Friday. Woo Hoo. SHIT!!! Which reminds me. . . I forgot where I made the picture appt. at! Crap!
