It's Friday, I'm in love

Stayed at Nana's last night so she could get her Zoey fix. Poppa got us Chinese food, too! And I asked him to get me a Coke to go along with it, and you know what he comes home with? A fucking Dr. Pepper. Dr. Pepper is THE nastiest drink I've ever had. Sure, it's got a similar burn as Coke, but nothing compared to the taste. Ugh. He said, "They didn't have Coke." SO?! Stop at Mobile then, ya geek, and get me a Coke!!!!! Ha. Just kidding, I wasn't that mean to him. I didn't drink that nasty-ass DP though. Blech.

I got my book by UPS yesterday! YAY! 'In the Meantime': Finding Yourself and the Love You Want by Iylana Vanzant. Love it. Started reading it last night, got through about 10 pages, and was already in tears. Figuring out things about myself I already knew, but never wanted to accept. That I have more self worth than I give credit for. That I'm too good to settle for less than the best. Awesome self motivational book! I'll have to quote some exerpts from it this weekend while I'm at my Mom's.

My sister & Aaron should be in around 6pm tonight. Not sure if they're going to feel like going out - but if they don't tonight, I'll MAKE them go out Sat. night. I REALLY want to go to Carson's. It's a 21+ establishment, however, before 9pm it's a restaraunt. So, I figured we'd just get there around 8:15, have a few appetizers and just stay. (and hide out) until after 9pm. Silly & Juvenille, yes, but the club rocks, and I want my sister there!

It's weird. I have a completely different relationship with my 20 year old sister, than my 17 year old sister. Unfortunately, to her expense, I treat my 17 year old sister as a child. Well, not really a child, but I Mother her a lot. Give her advice, and ask her a lot of questions. Which I'm sure makes her REEEEEEALLY like me (heh) but I worry about her. My 20 year old sister, on the other hand, is like a friend. We can party & hang out together. Talk about anything & feel comfortable telling each other intimate details of our lives. She's turns 21 Jan. 13th and I can't wait. My Mom was planning a trip for her, myself, and my sister to go to Vegas for her 21st. . . but I'm not sure if that's still on or not. I'd LOVE to go!

Yep. I'm boring again today. Check back later, I might just do another, "Shit you really don't care to know about me" segment. Ha ha ha ha
