Chuck E. Cheese
Yep. It's Monday again. Blech..... I swear I feel as if I were just mere hours ago, at this same spot, at work, my desk, in front of the damned computer. Why can't weekends be 3 days? I had a very interesting weekend to say the least. Jeremy and I took Zoey to Chuck E. Cheese's on Friday night. Yeah, that went well. Ha. NOT. She was terrified of EVERYTHING. She clung to me the whole time. We tried to put her on some of the little toddler rides they have and she screamed. So, we ate pizza and left. Saturday night, Jeremy kept Zoey at his apt, by himself, for the first time. He did good too! Although, instead of rocking her to sleep like I told him to, he stuck her in the Fold n' Go crib/playpen with a bottle. But other than that, he said he felt very comfortable. So I asked him if he wanted to begin alternating weekends with her. And he agreed. *I* on the other hand, went out with some old high school AND middle school friends of mine Sat. night! I had SO much fun! We went to this bar in Arlington called Mulligans. I've never been there, but they had a live band! I had SO much fun. SO SO SO SO much fun! Although I drank too much, I had a definate designated driver. He's so sweet. He also told me that he thinks I need to take out my labret (chin) piercing because it takes away from the beauty of my face. Awwww..... so y'know what? I took it out! Not just because he'd suggested it, but I was also kind of sick of having it. I told my Mom about it and she said, "Give me his address! I'm sending him a THANK YOU card!" Ha ha. Whatever. My Mom is also giving me thier old computer. I kind of hesitated about taking it because she told me it was very slow. But that they would buy me more memory and a new hard-drive - so I said I'd take it. I miss not having the net at home, seeing as how Jeremy took OUR computer. Oh well, hopefully I can get this one up & running fine. Yeah, well, I'm not sure about anyone else. . . .but I'm someone nervous/apprehensive about Wed. Y'know, being Sept. 11th and all. We're having a big rememberance cook-out here at work - taking donations for the American Heart Association. It's good to remember.
