I updated! Woo Hoo

Been a while since I updated! Ooops.

Zoey and I are doing wonderfully. She's still trying to get over a cough that she's had for a while. I can't figure it out either. That's all she has is a cough! No fever, no other symptoms. Just a cough. Weird. I took her to the Urgent Afterhours care center a few weekends ago, and the Dr. there just said it was a cold.

She's talking SO much more now! She repeats EVERYTHING I say, which, I have to be careful of because I have a tendancy to spew out a few choice obscenities now and then. My sister from El Paso was down last week along with her boyfriend, Aaron. They watched her during the day last Friday while I was at work. My sister is having MAJOR baby fever, and she's only 21. She told us that if she won the lottery, she'd quit school and just start having babies with Aaron. Uhhhh, oookay. . . Anyway, I get to my Mom's house after work, (where they are watching her) to find out that Aaron had been trying to get Zoey to say, "Whassup Nigga." Are you kidding me? She is SOOOO impressionable right now - and for them to be TRYING to get her to say those things? I was severely pissed, to say the least.

Zoey stayed with her Daddy Wednesday night, as usual. He *really* makes me angry sometimes. Whenever I pack her bag to go stay with him, I always pack an extra set of clothes in addition to her clothes for the next day. Also, she usually takes a sippy cup with her. Well, when I picked her up from the sitter on Thursday, her bag was missing nearly EVERYTHING! No sippy cup, a pair of her shoes were not in there, and her extra outfit was gone too. UGH. I can barely keep up with her damned sippy cups as it is! And those things are really not cheap. (or, maybe *I'm* just cheap) Either way, I'd really like for him to just once return everything I sent with her. Dirty or not.

Oh yeah, and one of the little girls at the sitters has lice AGAIN. Zoey and I were walking out of the sitters house last night, and Caytlyn was scratching her head. The sitter said, "Oh no, I hope she doesn't have lice AGAIN." Two of the little girls (whose Mothers are friends and live together) both had lice about 3 weeks ago. Then one of the Mothers got it last week. Well, I looked through Caytlyn's hair, and sure enough, I saw little tiny clear eggs on her hair. I flipped! I ran inside to wash my hands. The sitter was astounded as well. Though, she has her OWN opinions on the situation. See, she's a little old lady who speculates a lot. She thinks the Mother's got the lice from sexual activity. But, wouldn't that be crabs? Is body lice the same thing as hair lice? Hell, I don't know. I just know that if Zoey and I get it, I'm going to be REALLY fucking pissed off. It is hard enough washing her hair with regular shampoo. Having to wash her hair with that RID stuff would be a nightmare, because you cannot get it in their face. UGH.

Alrighty - its the weekend. And even though the temperature has dropped again, we're going to enjoy it.
